The online golf shop allows you to:

• Easily integrate your existing merchandise from your shop and manage that inventory
• Receive notifications of every sale
• Take orders using either a member account number or through credit card payments
• Set delivery options specific to your preferences (eg. flat rate shipping, curbside pickup, delivery to the first tee, outside pro shop, locker drops, etc.)

Customized for golf operations

Most e-commerce solutions are aimed at a single transactional model based on ordering and shipping product. Matchplay’s Online Golf Shop is designed specifically for the golf club, allowing customers to charge to a member account number or through a credit card.

Created specifically for your shop

In this time of uncertainty, many shops have inventory ordered prior to the pandemic. Matchplay’s solution will allow you to get that merchandise online and in the hands of your members as golf returns in the weeks or months to come. Want to offer curbside pickup at your course? Or offer items purchased from your shop delivered to the first tee? Create a custom solution however you determine is safest and provides the best option for your members.

Solutions for public or private clubs

If you’re a public course, our solution will provide a transaction model using a credit card. For private clubs, your members will be able to input their member account number and have purchases charged to their account.

Simple to use and easy to manage

Your shop staff can easily learn to populate your online site, updating it as needed. We will provide a video tutorial clearly showing how to populate items into your online shop. Or Matchplay can assist in populating items in your shop for an additional fee. The site can also be utilized in a post-Covid world, repurposing it for seasonal sales, promotions, etc. on an ongoing basis, making it a valuable tool for your shop going forward.

Pay now—or pay later

Matchplay recognizes many clubs may be temporarily struggling. With that in mind, we’ll allow your club to pay now if you wish, or defer payment until the end of June.

One-time set-up fee and no transaction fees

If you wish to manually upload product to your site, the Online Golf Shop has a one-time set-up and customization fee of $800. Or for $1,300, Matchplay will set-up your site and input up to 50 items from your shop. The initial fee covers hosting; on a yearly basis, the annual hosting and maintenance cost is $350.

• Matchplay will set up the first 50 products on your site. You’ll be ready to go from the start
• Additional products can be added at a cost $10 per product
• Includes first year of hosting (additional annual hosting cost is $350)


ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

STEP #1:

Click the item below you'd like to purchase. Choose either the Online Golf Shop Template, or the Populated Online Golf Shop option.

STEP #2:

Once you've selected your item, click the "Add to Bag" and then "Go to Checkout" buttons.

STEP #3:

Enter your email address in the box provided, and click the "Checkout" button.

STEP #4:

In the Checkout box, choose whether you'd like to pay now with a credit card, or have an invoice sent to you on June 30, 2020. Fill in the fields for billing information, and click the "Place Order" button.

After we’ve confirmed your order, Matchplay will send you a link to collect the relevant information for your project.
